During product launches, sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing may take longer.

Our estimated delivery time within Pakistan is approximately 3–4 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.
3. Shipping Charges
Orders of PKR 5,000 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
For orders below PKR 5,000, any applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout.
4. Courier Service
Your order will be delivered through one of our available courier partners.
The courier may vary depending on your location and availability.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched and tracking information becomes available, you will be provided with tracking information.
Visit our Track Your Order page and enter:
Order Number + Email Address
You may then be able to view:
- Purchased products
- Order information
- Courier service
- Tracking ID
- Shipment status
- Courier tracking link
You do not need to create an account or log in to track your order.
6. Delivery Delays
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to:
