Yes. Every product page includes a Buy on WhatsApp button. Simply tap it and we'll receive your product details so we can help you complete your order quickly.

How will I know my order is confirmed?

After placing your order, you'll receive an order confirmation. Our team may also contact you to verify your order before dispatch, depending on the payment method and delivery location.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. You can request a cancellation before your order has been dispatched. Once the parcel has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Can I change my order after placing it?

If your order has not yet been packed or shipped, contact us as soon as possible through WhatsApp or email. We'll do our best to update your size, address, or other order details.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times may be slightly longer during sales, holidays, or in remote areas.

Do you deliver all over Pakistan?

Yes, we deliver to most cities and towns across Pakistan through our trusted courier partners. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us on WhatsApp before placing your order.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Any free shipping offers will be clearly displayed on our website or promotional campaigns.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking details so you can follow your shipment until it arrives.

What should I do if my order is delayed?

If your order takes longer than the estimated delivery time, please contact us through WhatsApp or email. We'll check the shipment with our courier partner and update you as soon as possible.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We offer multiple secure payment options for your convenience, including Cash on Delivery (COD), JazzCash, Easypaisa, and UBL Bank Transfer. Simply choose your preferred payment method during checkout.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes. Cash on Delivery is available for most locations across Pakistan. Simply select COD during checkout and pay when your order arrives.

Is it safe to shop on OUTCOST?

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Can I pay online?

Yes. You can pay online using JazzCash, Easypaisa, or UBL Bank Transfer. If you prefer to pay when your order arrives, Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for eligible locations across Pakistan.

Returns & Exchange

Can I exchange my order?

Yes. We offer exchanges for eligible items if the requested size is available. Please contact us within the exchange period to arrange your exchange.

How many days do I have to request an exchange?

You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all tags attached.

Who pays the return shipping cost?

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning an item for exchange unless the product received was incorrect or damaged.

Can I return my order for a refund?

We currently offer exchanges according to our policy. Refunds are only provided in situations covered by our Refund Policy, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item.

What items cannot be exchanged?

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original tags and packaging are not eligible for exchange.

Are your T-shirts oversized?

Yes. Our T-shirts are designed with a modern oversized fit that provides a relaxed, comfortable look while maintaining a premium silhouette. We recommend ordering your usual size for the intended oversized fit.

How should I wash my T-shirt?

To keep your T-shirt looking its best, wash it inside out in cold water with similar colors. Avoid bleach, tumble dry on low if needed, and iron inside out. Following the care instructions will help maintain the fabric and print quality.

Will the T-shirt shrink after washing?

Our premium cotton fabric is selected for durability and everyday wear. Following the recommended care instructions helps minimize shrinkage and keeps your T-shirt looking and fitting its best.
